Why

The Robotow holds to the nose gear with an adapter made for that airplane family, then turns the nose tire with its drive drum. The Arrow is the retractable-gear version of Piper's PA-28.

The Piper 2 adapter fits the Cherokee, Colt, Tomahawk and Tri-Pacer. The Arrow is not on that adapter, and no other Robotow adapter covers its nose gear. The fit list marks it Does not fit, and we would rather tell you now than after a kit ships.

What to do instead

Keep using the tow bar made for the Arrow. If you look at powered options elsewhere, ask the maker to confirm the Arrow by name, from photos of your nose gear, before you pay.
