Partner program for airports, FBOs and hangars
Point an owner our way. We pay you 15% of the kit.
The Robotow is the battery powered tow bar that lets one person move an airplane in and out of the hangar. Aircraft Dynamics in Lima, Ohio has built it since 1962. When an owner on your field asks what to get for that, send him to robotow.com with your code. He pays the normal price, we answer the fit questions, and you get paid.
The terms
What you earn, and what you never do
-
15% of the kit price.
That is $400.35 on a standard Robotow 2.0 kit. Accessories bought with it pay 10%.
-
Paid monthly, after the 30-day window.
Every kit carries our 30-day guarantee. Once the owner's 30 days close, the fee is yours: a check or ACH each month, with a W-9 on file. If he returns it, there is no fee and nothing for you to handle.
-
No stock, no shipping, no service.
You never hold a unit. We ship from Lima and we answer every fit question before the owner sees a price.
-
The owner pays the normal price.
Your code is a referral code, not a markdown. He pays what anyone pays on robotow.com or over the phone.
-
At a publicly owned airport, the fee goes to the business.
The FBO or the airport authority is the partner, never an individual public employee.
30-DAY GUARANTEE: Not Satisfied? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, includes shipping and no restocking fee.
How it works
Four steps, and three of them are ours
-
Apply below, or reply to Max.
Business, field and a name. That is all we need.
-
We set up your code and link.
Usually the same business day. The link is robotow.com/r/your-code, and the code works on the phone too.
-
An owner buys through your link, or gives your code.
On the site the link does the work. On the phone, he tells the desk your code. Either way, the normal price.
-
We pay you monthly.
After each owner's 30-day window closes. A W-9 first, then a check or ACH every month there is something to pay.

Want to see it first?
We will come to your field with a couple of Robotows and the pizza.
A 20-minute demo, then your owners try it on their own airplanes with one of us right there. Nothing for you to set up but the date. If you have a fly-in, an open house or a slow Saturday coming up, tell us the date when you apply.
Questions
Partner questions, answered
Do I have to stock or ship anything?
No. Every kit ships from Lima, Ohio. You never hold a unit, and returns come back to us, not to you.
Who answers the owner's questions?
We do. robotow.com tells him whether it fits his airplane before it shows a price, and the desk in Lima answers the phone during business hours.
What does the owner pay?
The normal price. Your code is a referral code, not a markdown.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, after each owner's 30-day return window closes. We need a W-9 on file first, then we pay by check or ACH. If an owner returns the kit, there is no fee on that sale.
What if he buys over the phone?
He gives the desk your code and the sale counts the same way.
Who can be a partner?
FBOs, airport managers, hangar operators, maintenance shops, flight schools and flying clubs. At a publicly owned airport, the partner is the business or the airport authority.
Does it fit the airplanes on my field?
Many singles and light twins with a nosewheel. The list at robotow.com/pages/airplanes-we-fit says fits, confirm with us, or does not fit for each one.
